I had an issue with a prescription being filled here and asked for clarification. When the answer made no sense and I tried rephrasing my question but got the same confusing answer, I said wait I'm confused then to which the pharmacist said "yes you are" And this entire time she didn't actually come up to the window but was shouting from behind the second counter. I'll be finding another pharmacy that can a) properly fill prescriptions, b) can explain when issue comes up, and c) aren't rude and disrespectful
We were in a really rough predicament, and this pharmacy was no help, said they wouldn’t call our doctor so we could get the prescription to them for a medication we could not go without unless we wanted to go through bad withdrawal symptoms. We called the nearest Walgreens to see if they could, and without any trouble they were able to call our doctor and get the prescription filled immediately. If you’re looking for a pharmacy, I highly recommend the Walgreens nearby instead of here. At least Walgreens actively was helping... read more
