They are always so kind and quick. There are really busy times sometimes, but they keep the line moving, but are still very professional and friendly.
I have been going here since this Walmart opened with good service but the last few months has been horrible I never get text message to say anything is ready you call you are on hold forever they never come back and when I go in the staff which I have noticed is new and think that they are privileged and why do they have to work is rude and very unfriendly guess it's time too move to another pharmacy so sad customer service is so bad 🤬🤬🤬🤬
CHRISTINA IS HORRIBLE RUDE AND SHOULD NIT BE WORKING WITH PEOPLE...
Every month I go through the same issues with my script and Walmart not billing the correct insurance. They are rude on the phone but even more flabbergasting is the associate in person rolled her eyes at me when I told her I have been waiting for over an hour and a half for my script. I have been polite on the phone, polite in person , and have been met with the rudest staff. I’m failing to see why when they are the incompetent ones.
