I had a prescription pick up today at the Walmart pharmacy. Both people who helped me did a stellar job. Joseph helped me first. He was so kind and so good at his job. When I returned to pick up Ana (or perhaps Ava) helped me. I had an issue with my card and she was so kind about te time it took to work that out. I'm so impressed with both employees and really appreciate them being there to help me.
I'm not sure what all of the bad reviews are about. So far I haven't had any problems with them yet.
Anytime I try to communicate with this location it is literally very difficult. Hold times have become really bad and it is like talking to a brick wall with anything I try to talk to them about and it goes in one ear and out the other. The indifference is palpable and there is no reason to have my phone call picked up and immediately hung up Just for me to call back in and then they answered being irritated that I called with a question.
Was 100 times better when Jerry ran the pharmacy. Now incredibly slow and sloppy
I had two injections by a really nice young lady. One of them was supposed to hurt but the way she gave it. It didn’t hurt at all. The other one didn’t hurt either. She was very efficient very kind. I can’t remember her name, but it I think started with an S and was an unusual name. She was awesome.
