Lori helped me today. She was so sweet! She checked out everything to see if they had what I needed. She had to repeat almost everything because I was hard of hearing. Not once did she get or seem to be annoyed with me. I truly appreciated that! She was on the phone when I walked up to the counter. I thought that was very good to see. I hope she stays and that people are kind to her. She doesn't have the easiest job. Oh, I almost forgot, she saved me a few dollars, too!
Do not call 15 minutes before they close or they will not answer the phone. The phone just keeps ringing. Pretty rude.
