When I was cashing out at the register the lady came around on the customer side and started scanning items . I had to stop and tell her that some items were not part of my transaction. My husband told her first, then I said the same thing and she continued until I said again that’s not part of this transaction. She assumed we were paying for everything together I suppose because we were there together. But the thing is it took 3 times of telling her the same then. Wait time on the phone is horrific if they don't hang you up first and always rude and get hung up at least twice and hold for ever this is the worst pharmacy at Walmart ever and they deliver prescriptions to the wrong house do not ever recommend river city Walmart ever don't go there.
Ms.Donna was so kind and helpful. She made my day honestly . You never know what people are dealing with on a daily basis but with just one person kind and patience can make a huge difference. I love River City Walmart pharmacy . Thank you for all that you do Donna and staff !
