I would give 0 stars if possible. Whether you go in the actual pharmacy, go to the Walmart app, or call, they will get it wrong at the Normandy location. I dont know what changed recently. But I used to never have a problem here. Now they dont have scripts ready after sending a notification that its ready. If you order a 90 day script they fill 30 days and then say thats all they can fill. The insurance requires a 90 day but they are telling me the insurance is only allowing 30 days.
I personally love this pharmacy! David is definitely the nicest person there! He really takes the time and cares. I’ve only had one issue and that was due to insurance but they are very patient and always have a smile on their face even when the lines are long. I work at Publix and another customer service job and they do a great job managing their time in my experience working behind the counter. I had a very frustrating experience at this pharmacy this morning (3/31 around 9 AM). After multiple attempts to call, I was repeatedly placed on hold immediately without even being given a chance to speak. When I finally got through, the employee was argumentative and dismissive. She justified her behavior by saying she had a long line, which was surprising because I was actually in the parking lot at the time. When I went inside, there was no line at all. Have a lot of things for a good price but the personnel is rude and not very helpful
Same complaint as many other customers. Rude, unprofessional, and fail to alert you if there are issues with refilling prescription. They refuse to take accountability for the horrible customer service.
