I personally love this pharmacy! David is definitely the nicest person there! He really takes the time and cares. I’ve only had one issue and that was due to insurance but they are very patient and always have a smile on their face even when the lines are long. I work at Publix and another customer service job and they do a great job managing their time in my experience working behind the counter. I had a very frustrating experience at this pharmacy this morning (3/31 around 9 AM). After multiple attempts to call, I was repeatedly placed on hold immediately without even being given a chance to speak. When I finally got through, the employee was argumentative and dismissive. She justified her behavior by saying she had a long line, which was surprising because I was actually in the parking lot at the time. When I went inside, there was no line at all. Have a lot of things for a good price but the personnel is rude and not very helpful
Same complaint as many other customers. Rude, unprofessional, and fail to alert you if there are issues with refilling prescription. They refuse to take accountability for the horrible customer service.
Very rude and apparently don’t want jobs or at least they don’t want to work at Walmart pharmacy. Rude, lazy and incompetent. Why? First they said they didn’t see anything for me by name then miraculously they pulled up my prescriptions by DOB…then tells me only two are ready because the third one wasn’t covered….when did they start not filling prescriptions because insurance didn’t cover any of it?
