I am disappointed by the lack of accountability among the representative, with their manager, Justin, defending them rather than resolving concerns. Mistakes happen, but shifting blame onto customers through gaslighting is highly unprofessional. I would appreciate a more responsible approach moving forward
Staff is horrible. I have to call my health insurance every single time. The pharmacy tech with blonde hair will waste your time, I spent 30 minutes waiting for a prescription they didn’t even have in stock.
