Called at 6:30 pm to see if they could hold my scripts a little longer as an issue with my insurance is delt with and a woman answered and asked me to hold. I waited over 35 minutes and nobody picked back up. I get that you want to go home when yall close at 7 but to leave a person on hold for that long just so you dont have assist a customer is just plain wrong.
This pharmacy is EXCELLENT. They are super personable and helpful; you almost forget you're in a souless big box store! The head pharmacist in particular is so generous and thorough when I have questions, which really means a lot to me. I truly can't recommend it enough.
