IYKYK how hard is to sometimes find your prescription in stock and after calling what seems like 50 pharmacies to have Chelsea answer the phone with the most energetic voice and say “Let me check if we have it” then come back on the line with a yes was awesome. She was so patient as she helped me thru how to transfer a prescription from my current pharmacy and had it ready for pickup in just a few hours was outstanding customer service and I now have a new pharmacy. Thanks Chelsea!
The pharmacist, Mr. Michael Deme is EXTREMELY knowledgeable, nice and helpful. The last couple of times I’ve gone to this pharmacy I’ve had issues with my insurance, instead of just telling me there’s nothing he can do, this pharmacist always goes over and beyond. He’s sure to at least try to help me leave with the medication that I need. I highly recommend this pharmacy. Everyone else is also super helpful, with great customer service. 🙂
