This pharmacy doesn’t take enough of our money so now they are refusing to accept GoodRx coupons for prescriptions anymore. With no notice, now I have to get the prescription redone and sent to a different pharmacy meaning my child will be without needed medication for several more days. I doubt I will be using any Walmart location for anything anymore. You have lost a customer forever.
Pharmacy staff are extremely inquisitive about prescriptions that are not controlled substances, making you feel extremely uncomfortable. Time to switch pharmacy, never been so uncomfortable about picking up an inhaler from my pharmacy.
I thought this pharmacy was good . Until I noticed that they delay prescriptions on purpose. I understand there's a certain wait time for refills or to be covered by insurance but why i i have to wait 24 hours for antibiotics that i need to start taking right away ? You are trying to "work smarter, not harder " even if that includes making your costumers wait when they need their medication asap .Wow...
