Absolute crap.
This is by far the worst pharmacy experience I’ve ever had. The pharmacy technician was fine, but the pharmacist’s attitude was very disappointing. She treated us like we were kindergarten kids instead of respectfully listening and helping us. This was my first time trying this pharmacy, and after this experience, I will never come back. Save yourself some time and go to the nearby Pharmacy instead.
I have nothing but great things to say about Ashley the Pharmacist at this store. I ran into an issue with a medication at another pharmacy, so I called here and spoke with Ashley. After living in Orlando for almost 5 years, I have never received great customer service as I did today with Ashley. She went above and beyond to help me get my situation resolved. Everyone working here were fantastic in terms of their customer service!! However, whoever is control of management and operations is extremely incompetent. Decided to try out this pharmacy after moving. 2 weeks after my doctor sent a prescription for a very common medication... They were still waiting on the order to come in and the pharmacist had no visibility into seeing when the order would come in. A big thank you to Patricia and Eric at the pharmacy on April 12th . After spending 12 hours in the hospital and almost not making it there in time, Eric and Patricia couldn't have been more helpful and accommodating for me. Thank you guys again so much .
