Very professional and polite personnel
I went to pick up my prescription yesterday and Jairo's customer service was incredible, thanks for the help everything was very simple and friendly
The Team member Jairo (short spanish guy) is just pathetic, doesn’t like to help and always makes something up with the insurance. Making customers take more than 30 minutes waiting for basic medicine. Its just bad, he should be enrolled into a course or learning customer service or suspended, im sure im not the only one complaining. Really bad service
the biggest issue i had was i was prescribed a medication for qty 30 and they gave me 10, called and asked them when my meds would be ready and they gave a specific time, went HOURS later to grab them and they still had me wait 45 minutes. i don't ever recommend this walmart or any walmart pharmacy. very unorganized and ridiculous.
