Unfortunately ive had other poor experience at this pharmacy. I came to fill a prescription a week ago i was not told until this week it wasn't covered by my insurance. I think the staff made a mistake and didn't finish filling my perspiration as the doctors office told me they have it and filled it. I hope im not forced to pay for it because the staff are too lazy to look i have to try and go again and ask or ill have to get the store supervisor!! Always a super pleasant experience
I called this location looking for a medication that was out of stock at other pharmacies. The person I spoke with told me that she could not even look up if it was in stock. I was not going to get my prescription transferred if they did not have it either. I called the location on N IH35, and the lady was able to look it up no problem.
