They are very rude over the phone and in person. It’s like you’re inconveniencing them.
Very pleasant pharmacy staff. Professional. Polite. Prompt. Sometimes (but not often) there's a line but it moves at a reasonable pace. Only good experiences at OFR Walmart Pharmacy!
Kaylie or whatever her name is was very rude, rolling her eyes, huffing, telling me to call my insurance instead of helping me out. Luckily the pharmacist was more compassionate and seemed to understand my situation a little more clearly. Greatful for him, but she could use another lesson in customer service.
I'm telling you, I don't know where these low reviews are coming from but the pharmacists that I've dealt with at Old Forest Rd Walmart are two of the best I have ever dealt with. Joni and Shanita have gone out of their way to help me with getting my needed drug for diabetes. They truly care about their customers. With all of the people out there taking these drugs for weight loss it has put a real hardship on diabetic patients. I take pain meds monthly due to my kidney disease and Walmart was the only pharmacy for a while who could keep my meds in stock. For the most part I have always had great customer service inside and at the drive thru. In about a year I have had maybe 2 poor encounters the rest have all been very pleasant. The pharmacist even called me back one time to let me know they had made a mistake and that my meds would be ready immediately.
