very professional
Had trouble with the Front Beach Walmart pharmacy and switched and have a good experience
Had an appointment for testing and treatment, upon checking in they seemed to not know what appointment I was talking about. One of the three pharmacist working finally decided to try to help me check in. After 5 minutes she told me the price to do any testing ( since they don’t currently take insurance) and then asked if I even still wanted to do the test or not. Super unprofessional behavior all around :(
Can't give a super accurate review. They are closed at 1:55 on a Sunday. I can't seem to find any hours posted. So I'm not sure if they are just closed for lunch, or if they are closed for the day.
Save your time and some nerves and go somewhere else. Super unprofessional and disrespectful. I personally brought my prescription to them and those "pharmacists" assigned this prescription under my wife's name with the wrong date of birth and then told me that I have the wrong DOB in the system. With severe pain I had to spend a few hours talking to all representatives from my insurance, they also called this pharmacy and then they suggested switching the pharmacy cuz they've been talking to them for 15 minutes back and for... read more
