I love all you guys we have been with you guys for so long now there is rude ones but very few most of you are so nice and helpful
Very poor customer service and rude. Can't even fill a simple prescription
This place will repeatedly tell you that they are filling your meds, you show up and they haven't even thought about getting them ready ask for your insurance card and tell you that it will be ready in the morning. I just showed up at 340pm the next day and they meds still were not filled. Then they asked me about 5 irrelevant questions like if I answered them wrong I wasn't getting my meds , that the day before said would be ready in the morning. Catherine acted like helping customers was a complete inconvenience to her and talked like you were stupid. Instead of educating she just treated you stupid. Need some training in customer service.
