So I just recently had to switch for insurance reasons, but the time I've used them for my prescriptions, we'll let me say that if I could rate them higher I would , the two that's helped me the most there are I believe Rebecca and Matt these two individuals have went above and beyond.Their customer service skills have been unbelievably helpful they have helped me numerous times with all sorts of issues with my medication, when I'm sure it's not what their title calls for so thankyou to them and to all at this pharmacy!!
Unbelievably good service - I had multiple calls with Matt and he patiently and arduously helped me through the process of getting my life- saving medication moved over from another pharmacy and filled. I can't express enough gratitude.
I had the best customer service tonight with Trisha and Melanie. After a few different visits to other pharmacies, where I either had poor customer service or the prescription I needed was not in stock, those two ladies were very helpful! Even walking with me over to the over the counter options to help me find something in the mean time to help with my issues. At this point it didn't look like my prescription was going to go through. I was having a really bad day a few months back- my dog was diagnosed with heart failure and was given until Labor Day to survive. I was questioning everything- from the food I gave her to the medicine she was taking. Recently she had been switched to a different color of pill than the usual white.
