Left the emergency room and needed some medications. I called in advance since I knew they were closing soon. They proceeded to tell me if I was not there by close that I’d have to wait til tomorrow. (I couldn’t). I let them know I had a really rough day and needed my medicine and I would be there a few minutes before close if they could start filling it since they said it wasn’t ready. If I could give negative stars, I would. The staff are rude and unhelpful. There are only 2 who are, all the rest just stand there and act like you don't exist. I was trying to buy some Sudafed (which at the hyvees around town, they don't have them behind the counter, but at this walmart they do) and I went over by the counter where it was and all of the 5 people working behind the counter decided to stock empty pill bottles and keep typing and ignored me for a good 5 minutes until one of the workers finally said something. ... read more
Do not use N 60th pharmacy. So slow, does not contact if medications are on back order/delayed or once meds come in after being delayed. Only one pharmacist has shown customer service, otherwise all other do not provide quality service or care.
