Chelsea is an absolute champion, my son had an ear infection and for some reason the prescriptions were not coming through and she helped us get through to the Dr so we could get them in time before the pharmacy closed. A+++ team at Martinsburg WV!
Worst pharmacy experience ever. Tried to fill my medication for about a week. They kept saying they needed insurance pre authorization approval. Took 3 days. Called again. Said it wasnt approved yet. Called my insurance who stated it was approved the day before. Went to the store same answer. Had them rerun it and magically it went through. Told me it'd be ready in 30 minutes and I would get a text notification. Never got that text. Called three hours later. Oh we don't have enough to fill this. Let's try a partial.
