While I ultimately was able to get my prescription filled, I was initially given misinformation. I was told that Paxcess (discount program for COVID med Paxlovid) was no longer being used. Drive thru rep advised he was unable to process Paxcess auth codes and I’d need to go inside. After going inside to pharmacy, another rep was able to process prescription using Paxcess at $0 compared to $1800 cost. I’m happy I didn’t rely on initial information.
