This is the absolute worst Walmart pharmacy when it comes to customer service. The lady acted like she couldn’t contact a doctor for refill. Which is something I get done whenever needed from other times at a different Walmart location. This is not the first encounter with the West Columbia, Walmart pharmacy. The pharmacist is always nice wonderful. But the cashier or whoever answers the phone it’s a different story, they act like they don’t need your business. This pharmacy is awesome. Some times it is busy. But the wait time goes by very fast. All the help there are very capable and helpful of getting your RX completed. Great job!!!!

11/12/21 bad experience with pharmacist with scheduled appt for my sons. Was rude on the phone and in person. Unprofessional and wouldn’t recommend taking your children here for any vaccinations.
