3 stars only because they had the items I needed. Other than that, the experience was frustrating. Finding a buggy inside a store that wasn't very busy was my first warning sign. I guess their carts are all across the street in their unintentional neighborhood loaner program. On top of that, the self-checkout layout is poorly designed and causes unnecessary backups trying to leave. It used to be quick and convenient, but I won't be rushing back.
Everyone likes Walmart. They have everything you could ever need. The soda machine outside gave me a busted up coke! I'll never do that again! Looked like someone rolled the thing around and threw it on the cement.
Deondre with pick up team at store 4517 is the best of the best. I wish he could train all pick up teams. Thanks for the outstanding customer service.
