If you're an RN trying to call on behalf of a discharge patient to check their holiday hours, prepare to hear "Walmart Pharmacy, please hold", wait 10 minutes, then get hung up on! Call back, wait another 10, then get told "it's the same as always". So, for those of you still on hold, they close at 6 on Easter. RNs and Drs, recommend that your patients try CVS or Walgreens for their prescriptions. I’m surprised to see negative reviews for this pharmacy- I’ve tried quite a few and this is by far the best one. The staff have always been very nice and helpful to me. They will call you to let you know if there are any issues getting the meds filled which is nice because not all pharmacy’s take the initiative to communicate proactively. Also I’ve seen the staff here deal with some very mean customers, but they always stay very calm and friendly in response!
Customer service was Emphatic, educational & they have good prices.
