Customer service was Emphatic, educational & they have good prices.
The pharmacy doesn't say on the app or website that they close during the day so all can take a break. They were waiting on me. I stepped away to quickly get an item. They closed the pharmacy in my face by pulling down the metal shades. They told me to go thru the front checkout and call them back later for behind the counter items. (I had 2 things and wanted 1 thing. Not a huge order.) It wouldn't have taken long. I suggest they tell the waiting customers a few minutes before they close as a courtesy.
They are very rude here. Especially a few of the younger women… they always have an attitude when I go to pick up my prescription. Also, every time I call The pharmacy for a refill and they finally do pick up the phone. They immediately put me on hold for an extremely long amount of time and this happens every single time I call.
