I had two amazing experiences at this pharmacy. I am going to transfer all my prescriptions here moving forward. My medicine was ready for immediately both times. There was no line or unrealistic wait time unlike the Walgreens in my neighborhood. Holly and Joel worked as a team to get me what I needed at a price I could afford. I felt like I was getting a personalized experience with a team that actually cared for my health. I had two interactions with female technicians, and all was fine. Then I needed to transfer my prescription and called for information to do so. A man at the pharmacy was nice until I explained what needed to be done by him for the transfer. He had reviewed my prescription in the system and provided me with information about it. When I asked for his assistance with the transfer, he said he could not see any of my information in the system and would not be able to do anything to help. He briskly hung up the phone. I want to thank Tianna and the pharmacist for helping me get the prescription for covid filled out today. It took about an hour to get the original pharmacy who did not have paxlovid to get it over to Walmart. And they did a great job and kept me updated to the status. They put my insurance in and the cost was only $25. I appreciate the effort they did. Thanks!
