Great employees and very helpful with my meds.
I've been going to the Walmart 98 Pharmacy for more than 15 years and have had excellent service from Mrs. Lisa [Pharmacy Manager], and have gotten to know several of the Pharmacy personnel by their first name. For the past 5 weeks my orders were redirected to the Walmart store in Petal, MS, which is a smaller store and carries less inventory. I dropped off a DoorDash order during the day yesterday to the pharmacy for Shalonda. Well I came back later that day to get my medication filled, see her confused due to my name being different on my doordash account so she asks savanna another employee and by my surprise gives her my personal info on my gender. Isn’t that against HIPPA? Giving other people personal info on customers. Very disappointed and feel highly disrespected.
