What is it with Walmart Pharmacies!? This is the third time that I have placed a prescription through them that they filled wrong! 1st time: Placed a prescription for Novolog they gave me Humalog. 2nd time: Ordered Novolog in a bottle. I dont use pens. They filled the pens. 3rd time: I ordered Reli-On syringes. Comes in 4 boxes. They filled BD, 1 Box. You NEED to listen to your Customers request! I guess I'm going to Amazon for everything, as they never mess up my requests from the doctor.
this pharmacy has been absolutely hell for me to get my monthly medicine. there is an older lady named sally g.. wouldn’t give me the spelling to her last name that hung the phone up on me because they had told me my medicine would be ready 3 different dates… clearly idk what going on and this has happened multiple times and now i’m frustrated and this lady can’t explain to me why it’s like that and then proceeds to try to tell me what i should and shouldn’t have.. she was very judgmental, made my day 10x worse and i can not... read more
