Cashier Bryan was rude all bc I ask for a price tag
This pharmacy is horrible. Yeah I’ve seen some good reviews but honestly seen more bad. I’m normally not one to leave a review or complain but I’m furious. I called about my meds to see when I could pick them up. Got told I need to come in sit and wait and they will fill them. Call customer support and was told that is against there policy. Still waiting for a call back from the manager. Pharmacist told me 15-20mins I’ve been here for almost 30-35mins this is ridiculous. Rude staff. Goes against walmart policy saying you have to be in store for them to even start filling your meds. Citing busy but you cant even get them to fill it by next day. Cant get it filled for delivery either. Shows lack of good management and employees that actually want to work.
I work at a doctors office and sometimes have to call this pharmacy for patients. The pharmacy techs are rude, and if you work in health care there’s no reason for that.
