Pharmacist Liz Espinoza lacks professional ethics, skills, and customer service. She mistreated me after she eavesdropped on a conversation about my experience with my employer. After that, she belittled and humiliated me. Knowing that the cameras do not record audio, she screamed at me when I tried picking up my medicine. The eye center needs a zero. 7/20/2026 we went for to pick up glasses at 9 am. They were not open and the young woman came 9:10 am to open it. This store has the worst workers of all the walmarts in this area. Bullhead city is better. The eye doctor is junk.
The guy who is there now for checking your eyes is no good. get rid of him. He tells you have something wrong with your eyes when you don't. Walmart get someone else.
Not to mention, I paid for a higher grade oil change only to discover on the way home they actually used a lesser grade. I tried speaking with the automotive department manager, but they couldn't tell me where the discrepancy occurred. I then contacted corporate and still haven't received a response. I called the store's overall manager, but that didn't help either. I also purchased a set of tires, and now I'm regretting that decision.
I've been getting my oil change for a little over a year at Walmart go ask one of the guys if I could use a funnel on my car was a court low of oil they would not let me use it , they would not put oil in my car after me buying the oil from them i think this is ridiculous you need to treat customers better than this. or they will go somewhere else Where they will be treated better
Worst pharmacy in the chain I had a problem with getting a prescription and getting the pharmacist to oversee the staff regarding vaccinations and had to write a letter to the CEO which they similarly ignored run from this place like the devil from the cross
This pharmacy is the worst I've experienced in the chain they wanted to give me an injection that I had already received but they didn't have the desire to check on the computer to find out run from this pharmacy like the devil from the cross
Veteran's prescription needed urgent filling! Normally we get our prescriptions filled via mail direct from VA, but I was diagnosed with an ear infection & needed my meds right away. After wasting 3 hours at Galveston Walgreens & La Marque CVS declined to even attempt to fill, in a last ditch effort, I visited Walmart La Marque pharmacy at Dr. Wen's urging. Absolutely the worst customer service ever. Tried to get oil change last Sat the 13th but was told it could be a 4hr. wait! Came today after making appointment. Did have a filter to fit my car. Went the rounds with the employees & supposedly store manager who was also worthless. Didnt care about the customer service only in defending the employees.
