This place got better for a little while. Now it looks like the night stocking crew run the show again and the customers are just in the way and annoying. Last night I was looking for protein shakes and an female employee walks by me pretends to sneeze, immediately stops and pretends she’s looking at something, walks by me again within a few seconds and sneezes again. Extremely disappointed with the customer service I received during a return. The associate, Janelle, was rude, confrontational, and unprofessional when I explained I no longer had the box. Instead of offering solutions or calmly explaining policy, she made inappropriate comments and escalated the situation until another employee had to intervene. This could have been handled respectfully and professionally. I hope management provides additional customer service training, as this experience was unacceptable. Mind you this is ... read more
