Always loved this Walmart, been shopping here for years. However THEIR employee yesterday refunded my entire purchase instead of the item I requested. I walked out and handed her the medication and everything and her nor the other employee said anything. I checked this morning and saw the entire balance was returned so I called the store and spoke to a very sweet younger employee and then was told I need to speak to “Ebony”. Tonight I was doing a Spark order here and got to check out where it told me to bag the items. Normally it prompts an associate to review my cart in which none of the 4 did. So after I was done one of the associates approached me as if I were stealing. I showed her the proof of the spark order and she asked me about other items that I purchased on my Walmart plus app and proceeds to say she needed to see the receipt. Everytime I go to this store the customer service is amazing! I especially want to call out Julius because he always brings a smile and laugh to people he interacts with and is such a great guy! I’ve told the store manager that I don’t know what they’re doing but they have really good employee
