Went to get a $23.00 money order and they wanted my ID. I have purchased money orders before and unless they are $1000 or more, I've never had to show ID. I didn't buy it.
Went to pay bills. They said it's open until 11pm. I got there at 8.32pm and it was closed. Change the hours on the internet.
Bad customer service even the department heads are rude and very unprofessional
