Last night 06/21/2025 at 7:30pm, my wife called this walmart to ask what time they close, they told us 8pm. So I head down to the walmart I, arrived at the register in the customer service/money services are around 7:45pm. There was 3 walmart employees talking to eachother, one employees basically told me in a very condescending tone of voice that they already counted down the registers and that they won't help me load money onto my ONEPAY account. This is false advertisement. The money center is not open til 10 pm it closes at 8 pm. Not to mention the employees are rude, lazy, and unproductive; and the lines are long and filled with waiting customers.
2.5 Stars-There is usually only one person helping out but always helpful. I have never seen them flustered due to the long lines. The low stars are due to there never being enough people to assist customers and the long, long wait times.
Staff are relatively friendly, helpful and responsive when asked a question. I'm still fascinated that the people at the podiums, when you enter, are marginal in greeting and speaking as you enter the store. Back toward Electronics, a manager who was totally engaged in his work, stopped and actually greeted me!! That is some old school Walmart customer service I so so miss.
