Money services open at 8 it was 9 and no one was there. Asked customer service if they could she told me no but when I went back in a man was waiting for the money center to be open and an employee said to the man that the lady at customer service will help him, I made a comment stating that she said she don't do that and the customer service woman who said that started yelling at me stating that's no her job and she don't have to do that and she was asked so she's doing it. Says open to 11pm, closed when coming just after 9pm
Will never come back here was treated rudely by devona and cashier with orange braids at the money services I WILL NEVER SPEND MY MONEY BACK AT THIS LOCATION!!! After 10 years I will be going somewhere else with better customer service and training.. Rude and lazy!!
