My car appointment was at 3:30. I checked in and waited for 1 hour. No service done. When is ask them. They said they are short of staff. It was wastage of Time. Very bad service from Auto care.

Website says will cash checks $1000 to $5000 for $8.00 fee. False advertising, they said max amount is $2500. Liars
Money services open at 8 it was 9 and no one was there. Asked customer service if they could she told me no but when I went back in a man was waiting for the money center to be open and an employee said to the man that the lady at customer service will help him, I made a comment stating that she said she don't do that and the customer service woman who said that started yelling at me stating that's no her job and she don't have to do that and she was asked so she's doing it.
