I've called half a dozen times in one hour. The folks who are employed there need to be Fired!!. They are so busy doing nothing milking their boss and playing on their phones and talking with friends that they have No concept of PR or customer service. It's all about me and being in the click around here. Like jungle life is the rule of law. So sad.
