Can’t believe the bad service this people are providing. I set up my appointment a month ago and today (the same day of my appointment) they are telling me they are not receiving new patients anymore. Nobody called, I even received messages asking me to set up my account, to fill out the paperwork. They said this is new, they just got this this information a week ago, A WEEK AGO! and they couldn’t even call/email/message me!!! Very irresponsable!
Cha cha was my dental assistant and she is lovely and she remember the patients and try to make you feel as comfortable as possible!
