I showed up 15 min early for my appointment although I had done all my paperwork online ahead of time. I ended up waiting 50 minutes to get in. The experience with the doctor was okay, not great. I went for dental and same sort of thing. The phone wait times when you call are TERRIBLE.

Daughter was sick and it was 45 mins to close and as we were walking to the clinic 2 nurses came out. We walked in and it wasn’t busy, they said they had no providers and would be best if we went to elsewhere. Why stay open with no providers if you can’t give provide any service? No reason to be open.

I hate doctors who immediately come in acting like you're a liar or something. Do I realize that having to go to an entirely different doctor for an a1c is ridiculous? Yes. Do I also realize that this needs to get done because my health is extremely important especially when it comes to diabetes? Also yes. I do not appreciate being told my health is not more important than whatever weird back and forth you wanna do with my pcp who didn't do my a1c.
