Edit: UPDATE: The office personnel, especially the front desk receptionist, has gotten worse! Way worse! This person is in need of training or a new job that doesn't deal with other humans. She is a horrible first impression for this medical office. Do not go here for a DOT physical, either. They will ruin your career. If you have a cold or the flu, it's a fast, convenient place to go, sometimes. The office personnel lack a lot in the customer relations dept.
