Very rude staff member I encountered on phone. I’ve tried for four days to get a simple drug screen and a hour before my test the toilet was broken and four days later it’s still broken and I was told with a rude careless tone we don’t know when it will be fix. Because of this I can’t start my job until September because the classes are full now. Walmart is probably a billion dollar company and you can’t get someone to fix a toilet.
