Very poor service and extremely unprofessional in handling the customer order. I want to be more specific about my order. 1. I ordered the cake and requested delivery date as 12/16 at 5 PM, the same was written on the order form but the cake was made on 12/15 afternoon itself and called me to take it!! 2. When I told her the actual date, she realised her mistake but rather than making the new order she simply gave me the same cake on the following day!! 3. The cake was very badly finished!! 4. Customer care is a joke & their personnel knows nothing about how their own store operates! I asked about "when a certain SOLD OUT product was expected to be restocked & was passed on to 4 people who supposedly could assist me" & after getting having to explain my request each time & no-one knowing anything, I grew frustrated & just left with no answers!!
