Terrible customer service when they say wait time will be about 40 minutes expect to there atleast 2 hours. Several of the employees were standing around not doing anything. I was there to get a battery replaced and and oil change it took me over 2 hours. Several people got tired of waiting while I was there and walked out of the store. Also while getting an oil change they damaged my drain plug on my car all they said was it would have to be replaced at some point before your next oil change.
