Went in for an oil change and tire rotation, told the lady working what weight my car takes, nothing crazy 5-30 high mileage full synthetic, headed down the road they put 0-20 blend, went to change it myself and they had tightened the filter down so tight it warped the filter, at this point can't even be sure they rotated the tires
