I had the road hazard and was very pleased with the service. The auto care manager and techs are very nice and I’ll do more business with them.
This is the lowest review I could give if I could give lower I would! I ordered a set of tires from Walmart.com SOLD by Walmart! And the description said LT and they were not! I had to drive 45mins to be turned away, and I’ve been sitting here for the last hour because the won’t tell me how to return them and they won’t get a manager. This is insane all I can say is I hope I’m compensated. If that happens I’ll update my review. (The same as I posted to the main store)
Today we went on a road trip from Houston to Colorado for Christmas to see family. Unfortunately when we reached this town we heard a horrible noise coming from our car. We immediately took it to this center where they completely helped us out in every way they could. Ms.Sean was so sweet and explained everything so clearly to us. Gave us so much advice on what to do next and really comforted us in a very stressful situation! We are very grateful for that team working there today! Thank you SO much!
We had 3 flat tires on a loaded trailer & they were extremely helpful! Also they were the only place open. Very thankful!
I think it's an outstanding place to do your shopping when you're on a low budget like we are Walmart distribution to the public.
