The BRAD guy in automotive is a jerk. He was so disrespectful. He had the nerve to tell me, my dad who's had his shop for 40+ yrs didn't know what he was talking about and was an idiot. I'm so mad if my complaint don't do something about his attitude, I'm going to corporate
