The lady who checked me in was very nice and efficient. The service tech verified with me the tires I ordered were the ones I wanted and I appreciated that. I had ordered my tires, installation and etc online and did not have the option to keep my old tires. I was charged $2 per tire for a State disposal fee or similar. I told the lady who checked me in and the one who checked me out about the charge and after I got home received an email I was being refunded the $8. You have to make your self very clear say it loud and to everyone you talk too or you could get charged more other than that the service is good
Walmart makes plenty of money to keep someone at the automotive counter checking out during the day at peak times. Absolutely ridiculous to stand there 5 people deep waiting like a bunch of cattle to slaughter!
Service check-in process was quick friendly and professional. The technician got me right in and did the job. He even told me it was a little low on oil when it came in as he handed me the keys so that I could keep an eye on the level.
It was okay.
