Service check-in process was quick friendly and professional. The technician got me right in and did the job. He even told me it was a little low on oil when it came in as he handed me the keys so that I could keep an eye on the level.
It was okay.
I was traveling thru on the way to Birmingham...I had a tire problem...tech was very rude..tried to tell me it took 4 hours to dismount and mount a tire ..." it takes 2 hours to remove tire from rim"...its a F150....normal every day p/u....I will never set foot in their store again
We brought some tires to have them mounted and balanced. We were at Walmart for over 5 hours waiting! I'm giving 3 stars because the techs were very friendly .
