I was traveling thru on the way to Birmingham...I had a tire problem...tech was very rude..tried to tell me it took 4 hours to dismount and mount a tire ..." it takes 2 hours to remove tire from rim"...its a F150....normal every day p/u....I will never set foot in their store again
We brought some tires to have them mounted and balanced. We were at Walmart for over 5 hours waiting! I'm giving 3 stars because the techs were very friendly .
Fixed flat and rotated tires without a long wait
Purchased tires with lifetime balance and rotation. Store hours open at 7:00 only one worker showed at that time. Spoke with Management with no response as in help from him. At 8:30 my truck was off the ground. Spoke with another Manger still didn't have much to say. Would not recommend Moulton Walmart for tire center. Sonya was a great help she was the one that showed up on time.
