Sold me tires. Waited 5 hours for installation in store. And at 8pm the day before a trip they say they sold me the wrong tires and don’t have any others in stock. After 5 hours!!!!
Horrible experience in Autocare.
They broke my lugnut and wouldn't fix it.
Good service and great people. My issue is with Walmart. The sign on the wall clearly states, "TPMS sensor installation $28.88". Then they tried adding another $15.00 because they "have to take the tire off" in order to install the new one. Yes, you read that right. $28.88 for installation and another $15.00 for part of the act of installation.
