Took my car in for a tire repair at the auto center and am extremely happy with my experience. Reece and team were attentive and knowledgeable and got me back on the road quickly. Nice job guys.
I had to go there to get 2 new tires because one was bad and the other one had a nice big screw in it. We were checking in and the person that was checking us in acted like a know it all and was very ignorant and rude with my husband the whole time. My husband then was nice and told him about the screw in the tire to let him know it was there then he argued with him saying that if its in the rear tire it doesn't matter because we are only fixing the front ones. Absolutely some of the worst service I have ever gotten. Canceled service on me twice and never gave me a call.
pretty bad customer service. I called for a quote for one tire and right off the whim the guy had an attitude as if it was inconvenient to give me that information. I’ve ALWAYS gone here for tires and oil but this location has completely turned me away based on the way they talk to and treat people. Support your local mechanics, Walmart doesn’t need your money.
oil change was super fast and they cleaned my windshield!! front desk dude was quick with his service which i appreciate
