Came in at 230 for appointment then was told my appointment was at 330 guy started car at 3 then took 1 hour lunch break and is now just walking around my car like a lost dog
Was turned away for a tire change... it was 245pm, 1 car ahead of me (he had a 3pm appointment, for 1 tire), and their next appointment was for 4pm. 2 open bays and 5 techs running around, servicing 1 van for 1 tire change, and i got turned away becuase they didn't have time to change 1 of my tires. Told me to come back tomorrow.... Update, I called after making this review the guy who answered the phone said no appointment was needed and they had time to do it today and just bring it in....
No point in making an appt. Still waited 1hr before they even started working on my car past my appt time. Never had issues at this walmart before today. We bought 4 tires and had them put on. Manager was supposed to come back and talk to us and never did.
Excellent service getting my tires on. Staff was friendly
