Shout out to Jason (team lead). He was a great help taking care of the mess that Bluffton's Walmart did when changing my tires. The team couch was great as well. 100% recommend
Put my car vin number in for tires and choose ones based off what they said would fit, after an hour wait, they don’t fit and unless I pay an extra 20$ per tire for what they have in stock
Came in at 230 for appointment then was told my appointment was at 330 guy started car at 3 then took 1 hour lunch break and is now just walking around my car like a lost dog
Was turned away for a tire change... it was 245pm, 1 car ahead of me (he had a 3pm appointment, for 1 tire), and their next appointment was for 4pm. 2 open bays and 5 techs running around, servicing 1 van for 1 tire change, and i got turned away becuase they didn't have time to change 1 of my tires. Told me to come back tomorrow.... Update, I called after making this review the guy who answered the phone said no appointment was needed and they had time to do it today and just bring it in....
