Did not swap my front tire to rear as requested in addition to installing new tires. When confronted the tech or the person translating lied. My rear tire was tread bare and all my tires were different brands so it was easy to identify it was the same tire. Not impressed. Every single time I have gone for an oil change or tire rotation they take so long, even the times it has just been me there. You can tell the workers there hate their job.
I waited to be helped and wasn’t until it hit 20 minutes that I just left. They need to hire more help. The people look like they hate their job and they show it. They definitely need more help since they are short staffed and get people that want to do the work.
