took 2 hours just to do a damn oil change
DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME! HAD 10 O'CLOCK APPT FOR A VALVE STEM REPLACEMENT AND STOOD AROUND FOR OVER HOUR AND A HALF SO MUH FOR APPT NOT TO MENTION THE 3 GUYS STANDING AROUND AND A BAY OPEN
I made an appointment. Went there for my appointment and nothing was in the computer for my appointment time! What a waste of time!

Walmart auto is a joke we went there at 702 Am this morning to try and be the first in line to get oil change .the man behind the Counter was so rude and said they take appointments. They do not take walk-ins, and I'm like since when ? they've always taken walk-ins and only Walk-ins and he says Walmart has never done walk -ins.You always had to make an appointment .i told him thats b.s .he was very rude.
