45 wait in the shop with 4 employees no other cars I say what's the hold up they say please turn your car off so we can do the oil change. I turned it on after 30 min waiting with 90 degree heat today father's day had to leave to meet my kid. My mistake thinking 45 min was enough time to change oil.
One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. Went to get tires they said I had to make an appointment. I did and went back next day for appointment. The tires I wanted were $30 off each (online only) when I asked if I could just buy them online they said I could but I’d have to come back yet again to get them done. One of the worst experiences I’ve had couldn’t have just sorted that out the first time I came? Why is it so hard to buy and get tires put on?
The manager was the rudest manager I have ever met. I went to get four tires for my grandpas birthday and brought the sign for the tires to the register like I have before when purchasing them from a different gentleman who was actually nice from there. Today the manager proceeded to belittle me and told me to put the paper back as if I was a child who did not understand that things go back where they go when done.
