One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. Went to get tires they said I had to make an appointment. I did and went back next day for appointment. The tires I wanted were $30 off each (online only) when I asked if I could just buy them online they said I could but I’d have to come back yet again to get them done. One of the worst experiences I’ve had couldn’t have just sorted that out the first time I came? Why is it so hard to buy and get tires put on?
The manager was the rudest manager I have ever met. I went to get four tires for my grandpas birthday and brought the sign for the tires to the register like I have before when purchasing them from a different gentleman who was actually nice from there. Today the manager proceeded to belittle me and told me to put the paper back as if I was a child who did not understand that things go back where they go when done. Got an oil change here for the first time, switch up from Midas. My car was good to go in about 15 minutes or so and it was only $36 for a regular oil change. Wow! I won’t visit this location again due to only being in Durango for summer work, but I will definitely start going to Walmart for oil changes now!!
