My daughter ordered tires online from Walmart.com and after they rescheduled the installation twice they refused to install them. The manager and girl working at the desk were extremely rude and condescending. We told them to just return the tires, and they said the money would be back on her debit card in 7-10 days. They would not give us a receipt and said there was no paperwork for the order that we could have. Will not be going back
I had an appointment for tires to be put on at 8Am. At 9Am they call me and tell me they cant do it because ONE lug nut was stuck on. I went to Tire Factory and they got it right off and a whole new set of lug nuts on that tire. I called and went back to Walmart at 10Am to get my tires put on. They call me again at 11Am to say theres TWO other lug nuts they cant get off so they cannot do my tires.
