i came to walmart tire service to get my tires changed , i brought my own tires , i was told it would be an hour & i would get a text when it was finished, after wasting my time in the store for an hour & money, i walked back wondering how much longer it was going to be to see my car still sitting, very frustrating as my time was limited so my tires never got changed . never got texted , or anything and the worker was rude . never going back
Walmart oil changes every 3000 miles on the company crew van. It has 430000 miles and over 1000 concert's. All on the original engine. Must be good oil they use.
I like Ed and the service department he was great and awesome he's the one that cleaned off my headlights he did an amazing job I think the guy deserves a race he's a good guy he's respectful and did a very good job and I'm very proud of him
My daughter ordered tires online from Walmart.com and after they rescheduled the installation twice they refused to install them. The manager and girl working at the desk were extremely rude and condescending. We told them to just return the tires, and they said the money would be back on her debit card in 7-10 days. They would not give us a receipt and said there was no paperwork for the order that we could have.
