They lied over the phone said they could mount my 22.5 inch tiers no appointment need. Then when I got there they say to busy to doit. Then say they will try to get me in just to tell me they can't do it in there machine. I covered all bases when I called. Never again will I go to a Walmart for a damn thing
Service has gone really down hill at the Mt Pleasant location over the past 6 months. Unfriendly service and time it takes to do just an oil change even when making an appointment is outrageous. Disappointed and will be taking business elsewhere.
I feel like zero stars should be an option. If you want the bottom of the barrel this is the place
called numerous times, rang for numerous minutes each time and was not able to speak with a worker about making an appointment for new tires.
This place is a joke! Did an oil change few months ago for a 2014 GMC terrain, a tech told my husband he can get a pit crew oil change. He did it, then at the second oil change at this place, found out we couldn't do that and the pit crew oil change shouldn't have been done! Then today, my husband called and asked if they changed headlight bulbs on the guy said yes, for $10.
