Service has gone really down hill at the Mt Pleasant location over the past 6 months. Unfriendly service and time it takes to do just an oil change even when making an appointment is outrageous. Disappointed and will be taking business elsewhere.
I feel like zero stars should be an option. If you want the bottom of the barrel this is the place
called numerous times, rang for numerous minutes each time and was not able to speak with a worker about making an appointment for new tires.
This place is a joke! Did an oil change few months ago for a 2014 GMC terrain, a tech told my husband he can get a pit crew oil change. He did it, then at the second oil change at this place, found out we couldn't do that and the pit crew oil change shouldn't have been done! Then today, my husband called and asked if they changed headlight bulbs on the guy said yes, for $10. So my husband made a wasted trip from St Louis at his parents to Mount Pleasant and another person told my husband they can't do that! This place needs ... read more
Took 2 hrs to change one tire. They only had 2 techs working. Won't do that again.
